Due to the arrival of the coronavirus many schools, extracurricular activities and other training for both children and adults have experienced with online education or e-learning for the first time. E-learning is a modality that, as we explained some months ago, requires a different preparedness because it presents specific challenges. Given the uncertainty surrounding the 2020-2021 academic year and all the doubts regarding how to deal with a second wave of coronavirus in Europe, the “new normality” has given more importance to a term that we at Codelearn know very well: blended learning.

PISA 2021 will test computational thinking

PISA 2021 will test computational thinking

Mathematical competences will be the main subject assessed in PISA 2021 and for the first time these tests will include questions to assess students’ computational thinking. PISA is a program promoted by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) that every three years assesses students who complete compulsory education in participating countries with the aim of knowing the effectiveness of these countries educational systems when preparing their students to face their future.
