The new academic year has already started and at Codelearn we are launching this atypical school year with the opening of three new centers in Spain – two of them in the Barcelona area and the other one in Zaragoza, located in the north-east of Spain.
The pandemic has accelerated the digitization process and has demonstrated the importance of technology in such important areas as medicine or education. That is why it is more important than ever that our children are prepared for a future that will be even more technological and competitive. All this, always keeping in mind that they are children and that they need to have fun while learning essential skills for their personal, academic and professional life.
Codelearn is a programming, robotics and computational thinking school using a game-based method designed for kids and teens. Our method is based on blended learning and uses an online platform as its main tool: students attend on-site classes in our centers one hour weekly but they can also access the online platform from home so they can keep learning to code autonomously. Adding these three new openings, we have now 24 centers following a franchise model and we have also launched an online modality so every child around the world can learn to code using our online platform.
Every student has a personal access to the platform so he can learn at his own pace both at home and our centers. He can always count on a mentor who will help him not only at the center but also using the online platform during the rest of the week. In the case of online students, they can contact their teachers sending them messages through the platform and we also offer live classes using a videoconferencing system.
If you are interested in opening your own center and helping us spreading computational thinking, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information. On the other hand, if you want to try the online method and start learning to code from home with Codelearn, you can do it for free for 15 days by enrolling through this link.
