The Book Day Contest is back! This year, all students in Codelearn’s after-school program will once again have the opportunity to showcase their creativity through programming.

There will be different age-based categories, and you will be able to submit entries in two formats: drawings created with Logo and animations made with Scratch. The theme of the contest is Book Day, so your creations should be related to this occasion—your favorite books, fantasy characters, and more. Let your imagination run wild!

The 2026 Book Day Contest will begin on Monday, April 13, and the submission period will close on Monday, April 20 at 23.59h.

The categories for this year are as follows:

1) Logo up to age 8
2) Logo ages 9 to 12
3) Logo ages 13 to 18
4) Scratch ages 10 to 12
5) Scratch ages 13 to 18

This means that, depending on your age, you may participate in one or two categories. Once again, you will be able to vote for your classmates’ entries on the platform. These votes will be taken into account, although the final decision will be made by the Codelearn jury, which will review all projects and announce the winners on April 23.

The overall winner in each category will receive 10,000 points and a €50 Amazon Gift Card. In addition, each center will also be able to select its own winners, who will receive 5,000 points on the platform.
