Our World Book Day Contest is back, which means all Codelearn students have a new opportunity to demonstrate all your creativity on the online platform, where you can make your drawings using Logo (an educational programming language) or create simple games or animated postcards using Scratch.
The World Book Day Contest will begin on Thursday, April 13, and students will have a whole week to participate, until Thursday, April 20 at 11:59 p.m. We have created different categories taking into account the different ages and the programming language used:
1) Logo from 6 to 8 years old
2) Logo from 9 to 12 years old
3) Logo from 13 to 18 years old
4) Scratch from 10 to 12 years old
5) Scratch from 13 to 18 years old
So, depending on how old you are, you’ll have one or two special adventures available during this week. Remember that you can also vote for your classmates’ creations on the platform, and the Codelearn jury will rate all the projects and announce the winners via social media at the end of the week.
The overall winner of each category will get 10,000 points and a €50 Amazon Card. In addition, each center will also be able to choose its own winners, who will receive 5,000 points as a reward.
